Your role will focus on helping students build confidence in their communication skills and reach their academic and social potential.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, to practice as an SLP
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Background working with students with autism and other diverse communication needs is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments and therapy progress
- Support student success in both academic and social settings
