Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience or a strong interest in working with pediatric populations within educational settings.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, measuring and documenting progress.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings while maintaining open communication with families and staff.
- Educate teachers and caregivers on strategies to support student communication development.
