Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions designed to promote student success and participation in the classroom
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and therapy sessions
- Communicate regularly with educators, administrators, and families to ensure the best support for each student
