Work with a supportive school team and a manageable caseload of 46 students, offering direct intervention and collaboration with educators and families.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active Washington state license in Speech Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA background welcomed)
- Proficient in working with pediatric populations; open to teletherapy and in-person delivery
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language disorders across K-12
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state standards
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Offer teletherapy services as appropriate—adapting delivery to student needs
- Monitor and report on student progress toward therapy goals
