Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Syracuse, New York

Qualifications and Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric SLP preferred
- Knowledge of relevant best practices in healthcare-focused SLP
- Comfortable delivering both in-person and teletherapy sessions
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as required by individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, evaluate communication disorders, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy techniques for remote (teletherapy) or in-person service delivery
