Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Hold or eligible for CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- Pediatric and/or healthcare SLP experience preferred
- Teletherapy proficiency is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students, both onsite and via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
- Attend meetings, contribute to educational planning, and provide resources for staff and parents
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for students of diverse backgrounds and needs
