Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working in school settings and with pediatric populations
- Strong familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for virtual service delivery
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to fostering student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to students’ needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both on-site and virtually, for individuals and small groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to ensure holistic support
- Maintain thorough records of progress, sessions, and communication
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Support students in developing speech, language, and communication skills essential for classroom and social integration
