Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and craft individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct, evidence-based therapy that addresses each student’s unique needs

- Track student progress, document outcomes, and modify interventions as necessary
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to set meaningful goals
- Provide ongoing support and resources to parents and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license as an SLP, or eligibility to secure licensure
- Preferably experienced in educational settings or with school-aged children
- Excellent rapport-building, communication, and collaborative skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education practices
