Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Baldwinsville, NY

As the dedicated SLP on-site, you’ll work with a caseload of approximately 28 students. Your expertise will be central to delivering comprehensive speech and language assessments, crafting individualized therapy plans, and providing direct interventions tailored to each child’s unique needs. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll partner with teachers and staff to integrate appropriate accommodations and modifications in the classroom, while actively participating in IEP meetings to support holistic goal setting. Providing guidance to families and caregivers will further strengthen the support network for your students, helping them achieve optimal progress.
Qualifications You Bring:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
- Familiarity with IEP development and relevant educational legislation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
