Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and design individualized therapy plans
- Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy services adapted to each student’s needs
- Communicate and collaborate with teachers to implement accommodations and support
- Monitor and document student progress, modifying interventions as needed
- Take an active role in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Provide training, feedback, and support to parents, caregivers, and staff
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current (or eligible for) state SLP license and CCC credentials
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of IEP processes, special education law, and best practices
