Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Proven communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and educational guidelines
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed speech and language evaluations
- Provide direct therapy sessions customized to each student's needs
- Work in conjunction with school personnel to implement strategies and supports
- Track and document student progress, modifying plans as needed
- Actively engage in IEP meetings, setting meaningful goals
- Share resources and support with parents and caregivers
