Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings highly regarded
- Pediatric and healthcare SLP background a plus
- Comfortable delivering in-person and/or teletherapy services
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both in-person and via telepractice as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student achievement
- Maintain clear, accurate progress records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer consultative services and training to school staff and parents
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
