Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status considered
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate approach with a passion for student growth and progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams and families
- Provide both in-person and teletherapy intervention services, adapting techniques as needed for student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for speech-language goals
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Offer support and training to staff and families on strategies to foster communication development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
