Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Provide input for RTI (Response to Intervention) and participate in eligibility meetings
