Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (IL SLP License)
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Open to SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a school caseload and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse student caseload
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Regularly document student progress and contribute to team meetings
