Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Background working with school-aged children (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcome)
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop individualized therapy plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster supportive relationships with students, families, and school staff
