Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP

- Familiarity with IEPs, progress reporting, and assessment tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in grades K-12

- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and compliance reports
- Offer expert guidance to staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
- Adjust therapeutic interventions to reflect student progress and changing needs
