What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Familiarity with evaluation, assessment, and therapy techniques for a range of communication disorders
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in school settings or working with K-12 students is a plus
What you'll do:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other support staff
- Monitor and document student progress towards IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
- Educate and support families and school staff regarding communication disorders
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
