Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active California licensure and credentials
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in school settings and comfort managing a K-8 caseload
  • Strong ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver therapy for K-8 students with diverse needs
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation on student progress and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy within the classroom setting
  • Attend IEP meetings, offering expert input on student needs and best practices
  • Foster a positive and inclusive therapeutic environment
