Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current CCC-SLP certification, or eligibility with a CFY
- Valid state licensure as required
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred
- Strong ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Provide therapy sessions, adapting techniques to suit diverse learning styles and abilities
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings
- Offer guidance and resources to support student integration and success in the classroom
