Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - La Conner, WA

Qualifications and Background:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (Washington)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellow Year (CFY)
- Solid foundation working in schools and/or pediatric environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset, dedicated to teamwork with educators, families, and fellow specialists
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse range of students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Complete thorough evaluations and maintain accurate progress documentation
- Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student growth
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure holistic student support
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on best practices
