Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Mount Vernon, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly desired
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs alike
- Background in pediatric therapy, preferably within school settings
- Familiarity with both individual and small group intervention models
- Strong commitment to facilitating student growth in language, articulation, and social communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Collect data to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Offer consultative support and training to staff on best practices in language development
