Ideal candidates possess experience working with pediatric populations in schools, and are comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Whether you are a Clinical Fellow or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you'll have the chance to grow professionally while providing essential services to students in need.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • New graduates seeking Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
  • Experience with pediatric populations and/or school settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with ability to mentor, collaborate, and deliver clear feedback

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments, interpret results, and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to students with diverse communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student IEP goals
  • Provide consultative support to educators regarding speech/language strategies
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as required
