Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
- Valid state SLP license (Washington)
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to new teams and technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
