Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
- Knowledge of IEPs, educational documentation, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Provide consultative services and training to educators and caregivers as needed
