School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Little Rock, Arkansas

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize caseloads, assessments, and therapy sessions efficiently
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students requiring speech/language services
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports as required
- Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies for support
- Provide guidance and professional input during IEP meetings and staff consultations
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
