- Experience in assessment and intervention for a variety of communication disorders in children
- Strong collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and other support staff
- Ability to develop individualized education plans and track student progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and screenings to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Create and implement personalized therapy plans targeting students’ specific challenges
- Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to support students’ educational goals
- Serve as a resource for families and faculty by providing training and effective communication strategies
- Maintain appropriate documentation related to assessments, treatment, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
