- Comfortable navigating teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication abilities with students, families, and educational staff
- Patient, flexible, and collaborative approach in multidisciplinary school environments
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide targeted therapy for speech, language, articulation, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
- Conduct engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions, both onsite and remotely
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Offer strategies and resources to faculty and families to support students’ communication goals
