Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology in Georgia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong CFY applicants considered
- Previous school-based SLP experience or a strong desire to work within pediatric and school settings
- Familiarity or enthusiasm for teletherapy service delivery models
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Delivering therapy sessions in both in-person and teletherapy settings as appropriate
- Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state standards
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support overall student success
- Providing consultation and resources to teachers and family members to reinforce therapy objectives
