2nd Grade 12th Grade School Speech Language Pathologist - Spring, TX

Caseloads are intentionally managed, maintaining between 50-60 students to ensure individualized and effective support. School start and end times vary by campus: elementary (7:30 am–4:00 pm), middle (7:45 am–4:00 pm), and high school (8:30 am–4:00 pm), offering you some flexibility.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP licensure
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing hands-on, in-person therapy
Your Role:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K–12 caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop customized intervention plans
- Monitor and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate on IEPs, attending meetings and sharing expertise with staff
- Support students at your assigned campus, ensuring every child receives the services they need
