Six compassionate and motivated SLPs are needed to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade, as the current SLP transitions into retirement. You’ll work in a supportive educational environment where caseloads are thoughtfully managed, generally ranging between 50-60 students, allowing you to deliver attentive, in-person services to those who need them most. Openings are available across grade levels, so whether your passion is with early learners or guiding high schoolers, there’s a fit for you. Contract schedules vary slightly by school level for added flexibility:
- Elementary School: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Middle School: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
- High School: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license or eligibility in Texas
- Experience supporting K-12 students is highly valued
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing direct, in-person therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based SLP interventions to assigned students
- Work closely with educational staff and families to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance
