Multiple positions are available to serve students across elementary, middle, and high school campuses, in-person and directly on site.
Your expertise is needed to support a thriving student population and to ensure continuous, high-quality speech and language services for K-12 learners. You’ll join a group focused on caseload balance (targeting 50-60 students per SLP), with opportunities based on your preferences and grade-level experience. With the current SLP retiring, your skills will be instrumental in meeting increasing needs with compassion and knowledge.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active license for Speech-Language Pathology (state requirements must be met)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Relevant experience with K-12 students preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong collaboration skills for working with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt services for various ages and grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct, in-person services to students needing speech and language interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
Schedule & Settings:
- Elementary: 7:30am-4:00pm
- Middle: 7:45am-4:00pm
- High School: 8:30am-4:00pm
