Openings are available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Placement will be determined based on your preference and experience. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed, with an aim to keep them between 50-60 students.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school settings and with K-12 populations preferred
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads efficiently
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language services to K-12 students per individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Evaluate students, document findings, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
Schedules vary by assignment:
- Elementary hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Middle school hours: 7:45 am – 4:00 pm
- High school hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
