Multiple positions are available, with assignments in elementary, middle, or high school based on experience, preference, and district needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and certification required
  • Experience supporting K-12 students strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and organized approach to caseload management
  • Strong communication skills; commitment to fostering student success

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students in person
  • Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for a caseload of approximately 50-60 students
  • Delivering intervention services across multiple grades, from 1st to 12th
  • Monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and maintaining compliance with state/federal regulations
  • Consulting and collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote students' communication goals
  • Participating in IEP meetings and offering expertise to support best practices in speech and language development

Available positions span Elementary (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM), Middle (7:45 AM – 4:00 PM), and High School (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) sites, allowing professionals to select settings that best align with their interests and skills.
