Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to conduct therapy in English and another language
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs for students with speech and language needs
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy for 7 hours each week
- Provide tailored services to 8 students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation for assessments, therapy sessions, and progress toward goals
- Work alongside educators and support staff to promote student success in the classroom
- Participate in meetings and communicate regularly with families about student growth
