Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity allows clinicians to make a meaningful impact on student communication and academic success while working within a collaborative educational environment.
Work Schedule:
* Monday – Friday
* 35–37.5 hours per week
* Start Date: August 31, 2026
* End Date: June 15, 2027
Compensation & Benefits:
* $50-$55 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Position Details:
* 2026–2027 school year

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
* Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
* Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA CCCs preferred
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
