Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Adaptable and resourceful, ready to support diverse learning populations
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans and update educational goals in collaboration with teachers and other specialists
- Provide direct therapy sessions individually or in small groups
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Offer support and education to families, staff, and caregivers regarding students’ communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
