Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Florida
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience working with K-5 students in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and monitor progress
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative professional approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services for students in grades K-5
- Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop, modify, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
