Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Sleepy Eye, MN
Step into a dynamic, full-time contract opportunity supporting students across multiple districts as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). In this in-person, floating SLP role, you'll travel between eight member districts, stepping in wherever you're most needed—whether that's covering for maternity leaves, assisting overwhelmed colleagues, or providing essential in-person services for families who prefer onsite support over virtual options.

Desired Experience and Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based SLP services
- Ability to adapt and thrive in changing locations and circumstances
- Compassionate, collaborative, and skilled at building rapport with students, staff, and families
- Current state SLP license (or eligible)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across various school sites
- Step in for staff on leave or with high caseloads, maintaining continuity of care
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Ensure adherence to state and federal laws governing special education and related services
