We're seeking an experienced SLP for a contract position for the full 2026-2027 school year, working 37.5 hours per week. The assignment begins by supporting Justice Alan Page Elementary during a maternity leave, with subsequent responsibilities covering additional leaves and providing compensatory services across various buildings within the district.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active MN School Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA a must
- Previous experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Adaptability to serve multiple campuses and work with diverse student populations
- Commitment to the social, academic, and communicative success of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and evaluation services to students in PreK-12
- Support IEP development and implementation, collaborating closely with educators and families
- Monitor student progress and document service delivery accurately
- Provide coverage for leaves and compensatory services as assigned
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
- Adjust service delivery strategies to meet evolving caseload and building needs
