Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to a diverse student caseload
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement effective, individualized IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain clear, timely documentation to ensure compliance with district and state requirements
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and support staff to facilitate student progress
