Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP licensure
- PELSB (Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board) approval
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- School-based experience preferred, but not required—new candidates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support students’ speech and language goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and evaluate student progress regularly
- Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development
