Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
- PELSB (Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in SLP required
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not a prerequisite
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and keep accurate records
- Communicate effectively with staff, teachers, and families about student needs and progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
Position Details:
- Contract duration: September 8, 2026, through June 7, 2027
- Schedule: 28 hours per week across four days
- Hourly rate: $48–$54, commensurate with experience and fit
