Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Silverton, OR

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students within the Behavior Program
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy tailored to a variety of student needs and developmental levels
- Collaborate closely with teachers, behavioral specialists, and support staff to integrate therapy into academic and behavioral support plans
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate therapy outcomes with families and educational teams
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ communication needs within a collaborative educational environment
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience in a school setting or with K-12 children, particularly within behavioral programs, is valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse learning and behavioral profiles
