Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for school-based settings
- Professional experience or strong interest in working with early childhood (EI programs preferred)
- Capability to work as part of an evaluation team and adapt to an itinerant schedule
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with families and colleagues
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for children ages birth to five
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans based on assessment data and team collaboration
- Partner with families and educators to deliver direct therapy within a variety of settings
- Serve as a vital member of an evaluation team assisting with eligibility and recommendations
- Contribute to the Early Intervention program’s supportive, multidisciplinary environment
