Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain before the start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with early intervention and/or early childhood populations strongly desired
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong assessment, therapy, and communication skills
- Comfort with itinerant travel between school sites as needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language services to children in early intervention settings
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations as a member of a dedicated assessment team
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with families and educators
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with program standards
- Serve as a resource and advocate for children and families, providing education and guidance
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to a supportive and knowledge-sharing environment
