Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon SLP License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Clinical experience in pediatric, school-based, or student-focused settings
- SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or relevant school SLP background

- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted SLP services to elementary school students in an onsite setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
- Record progress data, maintain accurate documentation, and support IEP development
- Work closely with teachers and parents to foster a positive learning environment
- Participate in school and multidisciplinary team meetings as required
