Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in delivering individualized IEP-driven interventions
- Comfortable navigating teletherapy platforms and adapting to various service delivery models
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with school teams
- Complete documentation and progress reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in eligibility determinations, IEP meetings, and data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support for students across multiple school buildings as needed
- Engage in professional development and follow district protocols for therapy documentation
