Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, and/or healthcare SLP environments
- Proficiency in IEP documentation and participation in IEP meetings
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, especially within multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable with itinerant schedules and paid travel between school sites
- Teletherapy experience is highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students on a caseload-based model
- Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for students with communication or swallowing disorders
- Prepare and maintain accurate IEPs, progress notes, and required documentation
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals and accommodations
- Participate in paid team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
- Adapt sessions and materials for both in-person and remote (teletherapy) service delivery when needed
