Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics highly desirable
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology integration
- Strong collaboration skills for working across multiple school sites as needed
- Familiarity with IEPs and school documentation systems; training provided as needed
Role Highlights & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to a varied caseload of school-aged students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Engage in both onsite and virtual therapy sessions, supporting a flexible and comprehensive model of service delivery
- Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive communication environments
- Participate in paid administrative tasks, team meetings, and supervision responsibilities, fostering professional growth
