Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Maryland licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility
- Experience in school settings and/or pediatric therapy
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus
- Familiarity with IEP management systems; training will be provided
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions and conduct student assessments
- Assist in the development and monitoring of IEPs, collaborating with educational teams
- Travel between assigned school sites, serving an itinerant caseload with compensated travel
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapy and progress
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress during paid administrative hours
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere
