Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLP license with CCC or CFY eligibility
  • School-based SLP background and familiarity with IEPs preferred
  • Experience serving pediatric populations, including those with developmental disabilities
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and in-person service delivery
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in a supportive school environment
  • Develop, implement, and monitor tailored IEP goals with ongoing collaboration with educational teams and families
  • Utilize the district’s IEP system (training available for seamless onboarding)
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to progress reports, parent communications, and student assessments
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation requirements, including indirect hours and administrative tasks
  • Offer supervision as required for clinical fellows or assistants, in conjunction with district support
