Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Active Department of Education certification as an SLP
- Previous experience with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level, is highly desirable
- Ability to complete fingerprinting and other time-sensitive credentialing requirements
- Adaptability to varying caseloads and collaborative environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communication
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
